Principal and Sr. Consultant James Malicki has over 20 years
experience in designing, procuring and implementing technology
infrastructure projects. This project experience includes
successful commercial projects with multi-floor tenant spaces
for the medical, insurance, banking, pharmaceutical and technology
industries and complex industrial projects for the petrochemical,
refining and manufacturing industries.
Totaling of over 6.5 million square feet of usable project
space Technology Foundations personnel has developed lasting
relationships with our clients as we've defined project strategies
and developed lasting solutions to each clients individual
and unique circumstances.
