Kelsey - Seybold Clinic

back to Project Resume

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is a multi-specialty healthcare provider dedicated to delivering the most advanced level of comprehensive health care. Since inception in 1949 Kelsey-Seybold has grown to over 22 clinics in the Houston, Texas and surrounding areas and has become a premier integrated outpatient clinic.

With the increasing count of clinics Technology Foundations personnel provided assistance with design, space planning and implementation of structured cable systems, equipment rooms, telecommunications closets and technology facilities in multiple clinic locations and administrative facilities throughout Houston and surrounding areas.

Migration plans over the years included the need to replace the existing coaxial based distribution facilities associated with the mainframe equipment utilized for data processing with un-shielded twisted pair, and optical fiber cable utilized with the migration to a client server based computing infrastructure.
